About Lisa Hunt
Illustrator & Author

Lisa Hunt has been drawing and painting her whole life. She's best known for creating numerous award-winning card decks including Celtic Dragon Tarot, which has sold over 100,000 copies worldwide. She has written guidebooks, a children’s book, and an illustrated meditation hardcover book. Her art has appeared in a wide range of calendars, magazines, periodicals, and collectible card games.

Lisa just completed art for Pastoral Tarot (written by Lynn Araujo) for U.S. Games Systems, Inc. It has been a labor of love and reflects many years of meticulous research and studio time. She is also working on an oracle deck aimed to inspire creativity.

Lisa earned a master’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from Vermont College of Union Institute & University, with an emphasis on Jungian psychology, art, and drawing. She greatly enjoyed achieving this degree and has utilized it along her professional path.

Lisa lives with her family in Boca Raton, Florida. She affectionately calls her lakefront studio and home “Fairy Tale Corners". When not making art, Lisa practices piano, tends to her garden with her husband, and enjoys simple pleasures like reading, sunset bike rides, working out and walks, or sitting out on her patio watching Florida birds wade by the lake shore.
